Jo Braun is a loyal supporter of UWC’s Refugee Initiative. Jo’s support has centred on supporting young people from refugee backgrounds and conflict zones and has provided six young people with an opportunity to access a life-changing education at UWC schools. 

Jo is also a mentor to young women and uses her network to connect people with a passion for social justice, self-empowerment and conservation of the planet.
