UWC Maastricht will start UWC Day with celebrating their new Green Flag, which will identify them as an offical Eco-School. The students will then engage in different outreach actions involving the local community and the students from the secondary school and staff will be engaged in the Human Library at school while 173 DP2 students engage in outreach in local high schools (intercultural "speed-dating" around diversity & peace, debates about migration and peace and workshops on diversity and/or peace) and activities around diversity in Primary at UWC Maastricht. In the late afternoon/evening, the Advancement and Leadership Teams are hosting an event at school to introduce UWC Maastricht's new Head of College  Lodewijk to institutional partners and sponsors in Maastricht and the Limburg region.
