The HKU-UWC Diversity Scholarships aim to support well-rounded individuals who excel academically and in extracurricular activities. These scholarships provide opportunities for outstanding UWC graduates to pursue full-time undergraduate studies at HKU, fostering education that promotes unity among people, nations, and cultures. 

How to apply

2025-2026 admissions:

• 1 December 2024: Students must submit their scholarship applications directly via the HKU portal.
• 4 December 2024: HKU compiles a list of received applications and sends it to respective schools, including application numbers.
• 16 December 2024: UWC counsellors are requested to review applications from their schools and provide recommendations by sending a list of recommended candidates with their application numbers by this date.
• January 2025 (exact dates to be provided): HKU UWC Scholarship Interviews for shortlisted candidates. The interview invitation will be sent via the HKU application system.
• January to February 2025: Offer issued to eligible students.
