Just Dilijan It: Attitude and Relationship Lab

31 August 2025

3 JULY – 16 JULY & 20 JULY – 2 AUGUST

The Attitude and Relationship Lab programme offers young adults a unique educational experience, immersing them in a community where they feel valued, heard, and empowered to contribute meaningfully. Built on principles of participant agency, the program aims to create a space where every participant is an active contributor to the course. Young adults not only acquire knowledge about themselves, others, and the world, but also step into leadership roles, influence decisions, and cultivate their leadership skills through active participation and meaningful engagement.

This upcoming summer, we invite participants to rethink freedom. Throughout the course, we will explore what personal freedom truly means and how it can transform one’s life and help to build healthy relationships—not only with oneself but with the world around us. Freedom isn’t just a word; it’s a skill that helps us grow.

Programme Goals
The programme immerses young adults in a space of experimentation and adventure, helping them explore vital life questions about themselves, society, and the world. Throughout the course, participants will be able to engage deeply with the following questions:
● What does it mean to be human?
● What does it mean to live in a society?
● How do I relate to differences in society?
● How can we coexist peacefully and grow in a multicultural environment?

What Awaits Participants?
● A transformative experience in a collaborative community where participants are valued, empowered to contribute, and actively shape their learning.
● Development of cross-cultural and interpersonal skills, learning to interact with people from various backgrounds.
● Opportunities to try different roles such as leader, team player, and creative co- creator.
● Preparation for life in a multicultural environment and a deeper understanding of their role in a global society.

Programme Components
● Laboratories: Participants can choose from a range of workshops offered by experts in various fields, gaining valuable skills to create impactful projects that will be showcased during the Project Days.
