Roberto Antonione’s career is distinguished by a long series of institutional, political and leadership roles at both national and international levels. Among his most significant positions, Antonione has served as a Senator of the Italian Republic, a Member of Parliament, Undersecretary of State at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, President of the Parliamentary Delegation of the Central European Initiative (CEI) and he currently holds the role of Secretary General of the CEI. Antonione has consistently championed the importance of younger generations, promoting numerous initiatives within the CEI to support active citizenship and innovation.
