Mike is a UWC Atlantic College aulm (1998-2000) and holds an MA in International Communications from City University, London.

Mike is the Founder of the international volunteering organization World at Play and the Norwegian children’s charity The Zuccarello Foundation. He formerly worked as the Fundraising Director for the international children’s rights charity Right To Play and is now working as the CEO of the Oslo-based technology and broadcasting company, JOYMO.

Mike is from Wales but lives happily in Oslo, Norway, with his wife Marie Lovise (UWC Atlantic College, 1997-1999) and their three children: Nia, Einar and Henry.
