The course brings together high school students from former Yugoslavian countries: Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia and Montenegro.

The course focusses on the UWC values of international and intercultural understanding, celebration of difference and personal responsibility and integrity from the perspectives of anthropology, international relations, arts and literature and psychology.

The course is carried out through an experiential learning approach that encourages engagement, action and reflection for peace building rather than mere observation and listening. Some of the topics that were covered were gender equality, identity, stereotypes and labels.
