Mwaura is an alumnus of Li Po Chun UWC of Hong Kong (2002-2004) and went on to achieve a Bachelor's Degree from Earlham College, USA in Economics, Business and Non-profit Management. He specialises in developing, improving and monitoring organisations' operation structures and Change Management. He served as Chair of the UWC Kenya National Committee from 2014-2018 and is now a proud member of the UWC Committee of National Committees (CNC) representing the Africa region.
