Like every year our goals are to bring our 2600 person strong community together, celebrate that we are part of a larger movement and focus on the theme.  So we are starting the day by getting the whole campus moving to build energy.  We then have grade level specific activities where the students can find out more about the other colleges in the movement through slideshows and videos. This will be supplemented by the exploration of the https://www.unitedworldwide.co/ website.

Then the campus will move into our whole school buddy groups, where each HS mentor class has a complementary MS/PS class.  They will engage in activities around peace and reimagining what a future might look like. These include buddy reading, writing and sharing Haiku poetry, creating models of peace and recording flipgrid videos for our 50th anniversary celebration.
