Environment Agency Chair in the UK

Emma Howard Boyd (PearsonCollegeUWC, 1980-1982) has been confirmed as chair of the Environment Agency of the United Kingdom Department for Environment, Food & Rural Affairs.
She has a 25 year career working in financial services, much of it focused on sustainable investing and corporate finance.
Emma says: “There are big challenges ahead - ensuring the country is more resilient to extreme weather, protecting and enhancing the environment, and promoting sustainable growth - I look forward to playing my part”.
