Potential New UWC Colleges
The UWC International Board is committed to the growth of the UWC movement.
Proposals for new United World Colleges are presented to the UWC International Office at an early stage for support and advice on their ongoing development. There is a two stage approval process. The proposals cover various different models, and encompass existing schools wishing to become United World Colleges as well as proposals for brand new schools.
UWC Maastricht Project
The UWC International Board gave final approval for the UWC Maastricht Project in February 2008. The 13th UWC will be established in the city of Maastricht, the Netherlands.
